I'm Lon Kennedy, operations manager here to talk to you about updating your customer profiles.

Since address information is critically important for us to give the highest levels of customer service, this particular email will be sent to all customers including those who are not subscribed to the newsletter.If you would like to unsubscribe, there is a link below to do that, but please update your customer profile in all cases.
The reason for this email is that during the transition to the new site,cycle-frames.com, some parts of customer address information was lost or not present, specifically, the county, State, and Zip Code information.
The new site relies on this information to give the lowest and most accurate price shipping estimates.
Only the address information needs an update. All credit card information is with Authorize.net and Nova Cycles website is certified by them to be safe and secure, so there are no changes in this area.
Directions for updating your customer information profile:
1. Go to the Nova Cycles website at “novacycles.com” or “cycle-frames.com”. Either name will get you
there.
2. Once you are at cycleframes.com, use the secure login found on the right (below the blue Your
Cart Box) labeled “Log In Here”
3. After you login, go to modify profile. This is found in the Blue box on the right labeled “Your
Cart”. Click the Modify Profile box.
4. In the modify profile box, please re-enter the County (if in California), State, Zip/Postal Code,
and Country
5. If you have a separate/different shipping address from your billing address, please click the
“ship to a different address” box. This will open additional address fields to be checked and
modified.
Please also verify your contact information (email and contact phone number).
When you are finished updating your information, click the yellow submit button at the bottom of the page to update your address information.
Phishing and Spam.This is our first “all customers” email:it is not and will never be spam or a "phishing expedition". There
are no links present in this email to deceptively take you to another
site the way phish emails do. We did this to assure you that there is
no risk or harm. For your convenience there is an unsubscribe link at
the bottom of the page, if needed.
Privacy.
We will never sell, rent, divulge or otherwise abuse your contact
information. We do actively use this information in order to give the
best customer service possible in the form of fast responses and quick
resolution of order issues such as parts ordered that are not
compatible or quick resolution of an out of stock item issue.
We also perform a large number of tech support calls and emails that
rely on this information.
In case you can't tell, I hate phishing and spam email.
