These are a great solution for Brazed or Tig'ed road frames because they are a little heavier where they are joined to the BB. BUT, they are also butted......YES BUTTED ! They start as a 0.9/0.6 before tapering.

Also- good for touring, CX or other applications requiring higher durability.
