Shipping Policies

All orders received before 1:00PM during business hours are shipped the same day with rare exceptions.

Domestic (US) Shipping

Orders shipped within the US can be sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Ground shipping is standard, but expedited 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air or Next Day Air shipping are also available. Rates are based on the weight of all products ordered, shipped from our Rocklin, California warehouse to your location. Quotes for each shipping method appear on the Shopping Cart page before Checkout.

Tracking Shipments

All military addresses will be shipped USPS. You will be e-mailed a Tracking Number (FedEx or UPS) or Confirmation number (USPS) on the day your product is shipped. Keep this number, you will need it to track your order. If you need to obtain this number please call us toll-free (800) 274-6682 or email us atinfo@novacycles.com



Will Call/Hold for Pickup

Will call is available for orders to be picked up from our warehouse after 3:00pm at no additional charge. Quotes for shipping methods appear on the Shopping Cart page before Checkout. At checkout, enter the same address for billing and shipping info, then select Will Call from the Shipping Methods section. We will contact you when your order is ready to go.

Back Orders

Due to limited availability of some of the products we sell, a particular item may sell out of stock. We will notify your of the out of stock and work with you for a suitable substitute or backorder the part and notify when the part becomes available.

Availability: All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Prices on our website are in effect until they are removed from the pages. Nova Cycles is not responsible for any errors appearing in our website.
